Register a new CommunityCare online Member Portal account

Create a CommunityCare Member Portal account to access the member portal and other online features. Use the information found on your CommunityCare ID card to complete the registration form.

For registration assistance please call the Customer Service number located on your ID card.

Passwords:

• must be at least eight [8] characters long
• can not contain a space
• must contain at least one character from 3 of the following 4 categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and special characters
